We are looking for...

...Talented problem solvers and financial minds to join our FP&A Operations team . Your job will be to work with customers throughout their onboarding journey -- from analyzing and understanding their current financial models and processes, to rebuilding and improving those processes on Abacum, to training them on how to use their new platform autonomously.

You will be integrating ERP systems, data warehouses, and financial/operational models, while working with the customer's management team to understand and future-proof their business needs. The goal: setting up Abacum to be the end-to-end financial planning tool.

This also means you will serve as a cross-functional partner by surfacing insights that enable Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

This is a hybrid role out of Barcelona. 

Being a FP&A Analyst at Abacum means...

• Integrating new clients’ data and systems into Abacum
• Developing financial models with a best practice mindset to improve client's existing processes
• Onboarding, training, and supporting clients to ensure they become Abacum experts
• Supporting clients with ad-hoc financial analysis to enable decision-making
• Working with Engineering and Product to brainstorm new product features

You would say you have…

• +1 year of experience in similar positions
• The ability to dig deep into the data and think from first principles while delivering the best results
• The desire to work in a client-facing role and the ability to communicate complexity in a simple way to multiple stakeholders
• Experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving with Excel. You are a real Excel wizard! 
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
• Eagerness to learn fast and ability to adopt an ownership mentality
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (finance, economics, engineering, business, maths)
