Home & Co is looking for a General Manager for our Asset in Pamplona.

You're a seasoned and highly intelligent professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. You have a boutique hospitality mentality and an eye for detail. But mostly, you’re ready to do the work and are an active communicator who will bring together a network of partners and stakeholders.

Tasks

• Support day-to-day operations to achieve social and economic goals, including customer satisfaction, occupancy and revenue, and cost control
• Manage and develop the Asset Executive team to ensure career progression and development
• Process development and optimization of a "Unique Living Experience" with Home & Co
• Managing the ongoing profitability of the Asset, ensuring revenue and tenant satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
• Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Consultant /GRM guidance to be taken wherever required
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the annual Operating Budget
• Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements
• Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved

Requirements

• Degree in business administration and/or hotel management with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong focus on data analysis
• No two days will ever be the same, but you take every challenge as an opportunity
• You’re flexible to travel as needed in the market, to you that’s part of the thrill of the job
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills will set you apart from the crowd.
• You’re a multitasker who can handle a couple of curve balls and who loves a good challenge
• Good understanding of the hospitality business or real estate are a plus
