Job DescriptionThe Opportunity We, at Flywire, are seeking a motivated and hardworking Payment Operations Associate, Pay-Ins to manage and streamline the payment process in Flywire. In this role, you will work to optimize, fund movement and reconciliation across global accounts, to optimize current partner relationships and identify areas for improvement. This individual will support both the Payment Operations, Payouts and Customer Support Teams. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and match incoming payments against customer requestsReconciliation of accounting entries for our Global accounts. Conduct daily follow-up with unsolved processing issuesShould be willing to support the Americas desk from Spain if necessaryUnderstand process flow of payment partners and control settlements from our partnersPayer KYCLeverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decision-makingQualificationsOur ideal candidate has: 1-2 years experience in the Banking/Payments industry. Fluency in English (required); other languages are a plusAn appetite for continuous learning and completing working independentlyExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsExperience working in a professional, office environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to building processes and identify inefficiencies and potential risksWorking knowledge of Excel, online tools (Google Apps, Salesforce, etc. )Additional InformationSubmit today and get started!We are excited to get to know you!
