To support our future development, we are currently looking for a **Senior Legal Counsel (Operations)**. **Job summary**:Senior Legal Counsel (Operations) is a management position responsible for legal operations initiatives within Novotech reporting as per the organization chart within a global team. We are searching for an experienced, ambitious and energetic person with a rich knowledge in the field. The desired person shall be open to cross cultures communication and cooperation and shall be significantly independent in their performance. **Main Tasks of the Position**:- To maintain and develop Novotech’s legal operations infrastructure (contract management system, service delivery platform, entity management platform and electronic signature system). - To define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results. - Report on key operational and substantive metrics for the practice group that will better inform decision-making including work product analysis. - Optimize workflows and identify and manage process improvement initiatives within the legal function. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Operations, PMO, Finance and IT as well as various business units. - Responsible for developing and changing practice and /or services in a complex environment in consultation with Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. **Required Qualifications, Experience, Competencies**- Bachelor of Laws from an accredited tertiary institution. - At least 8 years’ experience providing legal advice. - Prior experience working in legal operations. - Experience developing playbooks and policies. - Experience in a professional services industry highly desirable. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels of an organisation and gaining the support needed from others while working in a cross functional role. - Proven record of cross functional collaboration to set objectives and produce meaningful results. - Strong experience in developing, implementing, and using legal technology solutions (contract management system, electronic signatures, service delivery, entity management). - Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines. **Benefits**:- Working with experienced and very professional and supportive team- Possibility to grow and develop on a Global level within the Company- Competitive remuneration- Flexible working time- Eligibility to the Company Bonus scheme- Benefits according to the country package
