At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a recepcionist and administrative support for an entrerprise situated in Madrid dedicated to empower people and businesses to live their best digital life. The selected person will perform the following functions:
- Work from the office reception desk, meet and greet clients, vendors, and staff.
- Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events and appointments.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices.
- Office supervision to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace and employee well-being.
- Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and supplies).
