Our client is a globally recognised consumer electronics brand, with a broad portfolio of technology and world class R&D capabilities. They are looking for a Legal & Finance Administrator to join them on a full-time basis, working from their office (3 days a week with 2 days working from home) based in West London. Job description: Provide combined administrative support for patents and research grants (70%/30%). Patent Management (70%)
- Maintain patent application records on internal systems
- Track deadlines, collect inventor input, and liaise with stakeholders (IP team, patent attorneys).
- Organize internal IP workshops and reports. Research Grant Management (30%)
- Submit claims and forecasts for EU research grants.
- Attend meetings with funding agencies and project leads.
- Track grant spending and update budgets. Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, science, or related field (or relevant work experience).
- Experience in administrative/office management, with some legal/financial background a plus.
- Patent/IP administration experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and top-notch organization.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
