The work you'll do:Lead a P&C; Shared services team and play an integral role in shaping our core HR practices within Celonis. Partner with VP HR Operations and Head of Systems and Process to enable the vision, strategy, development, and execution of organizational effectiveness from a HR services delivery perspectiveRapidly scale and optimize our P&C; operations to support a growing team and evolving business goals. Serve as a chief of staff to VP, P&C; Operations, build and manage a PMO for team to ensure alignment of work activitiesDefine and implement a service lifecycle approach to include intake process, change requests, service level agreements and roadmap integrationDevelop strategy and materials for strategic and operational performance reviewsBuild and maintain an approach to ensure accurate process documentation, flows and knowledge base materialsDevelop, recommend, and administer policies, procedures, and processes in support of business operations; implement and monitor compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processesProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and lead efforts for implementationAbility to identify change management needs and downstream impacts; develop an appropriate communication plan for each area/stakeholderSupport the implementation of new HR systems/tools, including ServiceNowThe qualifications you need:7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR shared services or GBS model, including 5+ years of management/leadershipExperience in diagnosing process inefficiencies and compliance gaps, then building solutions and adeptly rolling out new programs and processes with successful adoption. Ability to balance the need to create structure, while remaining flexible to adjust as needs change. Are a savvy problem solver, with a scrappy, "find a way to get it done" mentality and strong attention to detail
