Finance Tech Enablement team is an exciting and evolving organization that provides the required structure, governance, and skills to implement technology solutions such as Robotic Process Automation, Data analytics and Artificial Intelligence to enable business transformation. The team is focused on partnering with the business and digital technology teams to drive standardization, simplification, and productivity gains across Finance function

The Automation Process Engineer is responsible for partnering with our business leaders and subject matter experts in recommending, influencing and facilitating the adoption of process automation solutions to drive business simplification, standardization & transformation. This individual will work collaboratively with all levels of business stakeholders to drive global initiatives and strategies for adopting Automation Capabilities (RPA, Process Mining, Smart OCR, Process re-engineering etc. ) and lead the requirements gathering and process reengineering efforts to optimize the Finance function of AIG division.
