Business Development Representatives

We are looking for a Business Development Representatives to be part of our Business Development team. This personwill befocus on outbound prospecting, will identify potential clients, making the initial contact, and seting up meetings. His/Her primary role will beto fill the sales pipeline.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for people with technical education (Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent) with minimum 7 year of experience in technology related sales or account management.
Fluent in English and Spanish will be necessary.
Experience is required in:
- Selling Digital Trust Services (signature, identity) and/orCybersecurity Services (ofensive security, governance, SOC, resilience. . . ).
- Looking for potential clients aligned with our target and strategy.
- Set-up initial contact and meetings.
- Explaining company portfolio.
- Maintaining CRM updated.
Any of the following would be a plus (And/or):
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
- Have a degree of disability higher than 33%.
What challenges and tasks can you find in this job?
- Generating demand by assisting clients to identify and qualify current needs and effectively articulate how Wise can add value through its services and solutions offered.
- Bringing vital cybersecurity industry insights to customer engagements, closing deals effectively. Acts as a knowledgeable leader in cybersecurity, guiding customers in Madrid on their digital transformation journey within the realm of security.
- Proactively conducting campaigns to unearth new opportunities and generate fresh leads in the Madrid area. Engaging with strategic clients possessing a rich client portfolio in Madrid, alongside account teams or partners.
- Utilizing WISE SECURITY's sales approach to gauge opportunity quality, enlightening customers on the best ways to address their security needs.
- Nurturing and expanding business with strategic Madrid-based clients by initiating productive conversations, leading demonstrations, and partnering efficiently with both internal teams and external collaborators.
- Diligently cultivating and managing a network of stakeholders in the area and draws upon internal partnerships to deepen client relationships.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets in the assigned account base.
- Regularly reviewing feedback, crafting long-term strategies dedicated to amplifying client satisfaction.
- Teams up with the extended sales crew, pre-sales, KAM, local partners, and marketing units to conduct detailed business analysis, targeting high-potential clients and sculpting a list of prospective businesses.
- Pursuing relevant cybersecurity training and certifications, staying abreast of the latest trends and sharing newfound knowledge with the team.

Type of contract: indefinite full-time contract (from Monday to Friday).
Location: Madrid (hybrid remote).
