About the jobOur TeamYou will be integrated in the CHC Digital Supply Chain Planning team, whose purpose is to manage the Supply Chain Planning solution portfolio, roadmap and projects globally for CHC GBU. This mainly includes Kinaxis application and integration layer with other functions (i. e. SAP, Analytics). It covers S&OP / IBP, Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Production Planning & CMO management. Your main accountability will be :Create and maintain the product roadmap according to business roadmapFrame features requirements, prioritize and ensure deliverySupport product adoption with Business owner at general scaleImplement value generating functionalities and measure their performanceAre you ready to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s health? Experience on Kinaxis as a major differentiatorSignificant experience in full cycle project implementation in Production / Distribution PlanningExperienced in meeting facilitation, agile methods, lean IS approachExperience in industry, preferably in FMCG industry or pharmaTechnical skills :Information technology knowledge and mindsetFunctional expertise on Planning Systems / APS (Kinaxis, SAP APO, JDA ) as a mustKinaxis Rapid Response hands-on experience as a major differentiatorExpertise on application integration with execution systems (SAP, Planning systems / APS)Soft skills :Lean & Agile practicesBusiness AcumenTransversal collaborationStrategic thinkingDecision MakingBusiness PartnershipChange ManagementGood communication skills that can adapt to different teams and personality typesAbility to commit strongly and daily to the project, vision, team, and the business.
