Here, you will make an impact by:Leading an experienced and energised key account sales team to execute sales, customer and market strategies across Spain and Portugal. Determining and Influencing business decisions to develop customer relationshipsImplementing sales operation programs around targets, financials, reporting, POS analytics and incentives to drive growth and participating in contract negotiationsSetting priorities and timetables, assigning resources/tasks and providing performance feedback to build growthSupporting and coaching your sales organisation to demonstrate strong people skills to develop the team to achieve their goals and reach their potentialYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Educated to degree levelExpert selling and customer experience in FMCG/Retail marketsCurrent, valid driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this positionAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Negotiations Skills CertificationRemote Management (preferably cross country/International)Sales management certificationProject managementTravel: this role will include between 25% to 50% domestic and international travel within Iberia depending on customer requirements. This will vary week to week.
