Come and join a family-owned global company with a long-term vision, and a human-centered culture. **What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux? **The Healthcare Director EMEA will play a key role in designing and implementing the strategic transformation for our Healthcare (Pharmaceutical) segment in order to maximize our business results in the EMEA region. This position reports directly to our Senior Vice President Industry EMEA with 3 direct reports and 6 dotted line. This position is to be based in Europe with travel expected throughout the EMEA region. **Main Accountabilities include**:- Accountability to the top line and Commercial EBIT of the Healthcare segment- Contribute to the creation of the Global Healthcare business strategy by bringing regional insights/inputs (market, concept validation, business model relevancy )- Responsible for developing, creating and implementing the EMEA regional business strategic plan (3-5 year roadmap) with a strong focus on existing customers and new battlefields to achieve territory revenue and profits- Provide strong value contribution to the Global & Regional Strategic Key Account growth- Animate and develop the EMEA Healthcare community (training, sharing best practices and information, identifying referents for segments/solutions )- Adapt and implement the go to market strategy to local specificities. Coordinate product launch activities from building product launch plans to post launch follow up. - Lead and drive new business and critical market development- Interact, support and influence regional/local organizations and work closely with Key Opinion Leaders on key initiatives. - Actively promote account focused communication and activities to increase sales efficiency**Who are you? ****Education & Experience**:- You have a proven track record in marketing and selling value based solutions to Healthcare companies, working at a Global or Regional level- You have demonstrated experience in successfully managing culturally diverse teams, complex projects and cross functional resources in a matrixed environment. - Knowledge of industrial diagnostics, bioproduction and/or cell and gene therapies would be a real asset**Skills & Qualifications**:- You are recognized for your open-minded leadership style that allows for challenge while driving for results with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an aptitude for building strong client relationships. - You demonstrate strong business acumen and agility in a market that is in constant evolution- You thrive and enjoy working in a cross functional, international matrix environment- You are a team player and have the capability to actively promote knowledge sharing with local teams- You have a “go getter” attitude, you are highly driven by achieving results and customer satisfaction- You have a talent for creative thinking, proposing new solutions and thinking outside the box- You are Fluent in English and a secondary local language
