CTI Clinical Trial Services, Inc - Madrid, Spain Details Negotiable Freelancer 1 position Administrator, Clinical MonitoringJob Purpose/SummaryResponsible for supporting the Clinical Monitoring department, the CRA Management team, and the Vice President of Global Clinical Monitoring, focusing on administrative responsibilities. What You’ll DoProvide administrative support for Clinical Monitoring department, including meeting planning and drafting/distributing/maintaining meeting agendas and minutesAssist with planning and administration of new employee orientation / training and mentoring programs; conduct administrative training with new hire Clinical Monitoring staffAssist with identifying, developing and scheduling non-project related training for Clinical Monitoring staffAssist in resource tracking of all project team assignments for Clinical Monitoring staff to ensure sponsor needs are metCollaborate with Training and Development department to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of training documentation for Clinical Monitoring department as a whole and for individual Clinical Monitoring staff membersComplete administrative deliverables related to review and tracking of expense reports within given timelinesAssist in completing expense reports for Clinical Monitoring staffAssist with administrative aspects of on-boarding, maintenance and off-boarding of consultant/freelance CRAsPerform other administrative tasks as neededWhat You BringAbility to effectively communicate information to employees both verbally and in writingAbility to multi-task, track, and maintain organization in fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to use good judgment when making decisionsAbility to provide highest level of customer serviceAbility to build strong bonds with employees to foster open, honest, and candid communicationAbility to maintain highest level of confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information and sensitive situationsAbility to effectively use information technology, including a laptop computer and Microsoft software systemsAbility to understand basic data processing functionsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologiesHigh School degree, Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields or equivalent experience as determined by CTI Management and Human Resources2 years of administrative and organizational experience2 years of practical experience with a pharmaceutical company or clinical research organization (CRO)Experience working with Concur expense reporting systemWhy CTI?
