About the Role:

Now, as we grow, we are searching for a new Product Support Specialist to join the product department, working in the German business unit. This person will collaborate closely with our product managers, developers, and QA team to ensure our platform runs flawlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a truly global, dynamic team and have a positive impact on the L&D tech industry from day one.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot Platform Issues: Act as the problem-solving expert for technical and usability issues for our internal support teams.
  • Identify and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to analyze reported issues, propose effective solutions, and oversee their implementation to enhance the platform's functionality and performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in testing new features and updates to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of bugs or errors before deployment, test case execution, and regression testing to maintain a high level of product reliability and usability.

 

What We Look For:

  • First professional experience post university, preferably in a SaaS, software or digital environment
  • Pragmatic, focused, and detailed approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A team player, succeed-together mentality
  • Experience using software and tools such as Excel, Jira, and Confluence
  • Educational background in computer science, IT, product management or similar
  • Excellent English skills, other languages a plus
  • Living in Munich, with the possibility to work from the office in a hybrid model
