We are currently looking for a business-driven and analytical professional to join our Finance team as a Treasury Manager, located at our Spanish headquarters in Barcelona (C. de Pere IV, 160 - 08005). Job Mission:To ensure, in accordance with local and group treasury directives, the proper execution of cash management and cash forecast for all Amplifon Ibérica companiesTo supervise and coordinate the treasury department of all Amplifon Ibérica companies, directly managing a team of 3 peopleTo coordinate and support the Accounting team in all the connected areas with treasury, so experience in Tax & Accounting is required. Responsibilities/Functions:To define and ensure compliance with functional procedures of the Treasury department effectively, as well as the organizational structure, aimed at achieving objectives. To ensure support to all subsidiaries and other departments of the various Group companies in all cash-related procedures, verifying and guaranteeing the effectiveness of the applied procedures. To establish and consolidate relationships with banks. To control, monitor, and prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly cash forecastsTo support the local CFO (Caspar van Lieshout) in interfacing with the Controlling and Treasury/Store Management departments. Education/Experience we'd love to see:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics or related field6/10 years of experience in treasury/finance/administration department or similar position, ideally within structured international companies/consultanciesFluency in Spanish and English languagePeople management experienceAmplifon (GAES) is working on boosting a Winning Culture that will lead our employees towards the future, starting from the improvement of our Winning Workplace.
