Customers choose us because of our addressable offerings from native to online video to connected television, innovations that insert brands into content in real-time, and supportive experts dedicated to maximizing partner performance. **The Role****Responsibilities**:- Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and trading desks- Develop leads and build the pipeline- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan- Assess potential business deals through RFP response and gain commitment- Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization- Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales- Grow accounts to 'whale status' within your account list- Form preferred partnerships with agency clients**Desired Skills and Attributes**- Baseline understanding of digital advertising, DSP's, programmatic, and general sales process- Proven track record of sales/upselling success, achieving goals, managing to a number- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations- Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft- Strong communications and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work individually and collaboratively- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment- Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively- Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic- A keen interest in the automotive and ad-tech industry**Education Requirement**- Bachelor's degree**Experience Requirement**- 3-5 years in digital, media, or ad tech sales**Awards**We love celebrating our achievements.
