Our mission is to position ourselves as the trusted advisors of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) accounts under our responsibility and to transform them into resilient, efficient, sustainable,and cutting-edge digital and technological companies so that they can compete in their markets by providing solutions that address their current and future strategic needs, while jointly building a better world. What will you do? On a selection of accounts and through consultative selling, co-create and assist our clients in manufacturing more sustainable, digital, efficient, and productive machines. · Deploy consultative selling in OEM accounts. With the CEO as the main point of contact: Identify joint business opportunities and define collaboration frameworks. Advise clients on the best technical solutions, architectures, SW + HW for their machines. Market deployment of EcoStruxure Machine and EcoStruxure Plant value propositions. Develop account plans with the aim of commercially developing clients in the medium term. (Business Development + Training + Collaboration) Develop and execute strategic initiatives of AMSP (Annual Marketing and Sales Plan):Sustainable Industries, Robotics, Process OEMs, Applications Plan. Platforming of potential clients and promotion of the defined actions in each plan with the corresponding team. Participation in multidisciplinary working groups to develop new value propositions for the OEM market. Lead the ecosystem of OEM clients and partners: Collaboration in the development of Specialist Channels: Industry Specialist Distribution and Machine Integrators Aid in the digital transformation of OEMs. Work with them on the implications and impact that digitalization can have on the evolution of current business models. Reporting of commercial actions, opportunities, competition, and market evolution in the CRM (BFO). Work jointly with BDs and Product Managers in the execution of promotional programs and launches of new solutions/products.Commit to customer satisfaction as a fundamental pillar for establishing trusted, lasting, and profitable business relationships. Actively participate in achieving Global Schneider Electric and Local Schneider Electric Spain objectives, initiatives, and programs. What will you learn? · Strategic vision, business development, and commercial leadership of clients. · Management of a business ecosystem. Identify key players and establish trusted relationships. · Knowledge of industrial solutions. o HW: PLCs, HMIs, Robots, motor starting and control technologies. o SW: SCADA, MES, CMMS. Knowledge of communication buses and networks. o Edge computing /Cloud Computing. o The future of automation: EAE What You Bring: · Fresh graduate in Engineering discipline (Electrical or Energy Engineering preferrable) · Be able to start a 1-year program in May .· You have driver's license. · Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. · Digital Mindset. · Proactive behavior, authenticity, influence and persuasion.
