You will be responsible to provide pre-sales technical support to the IQVIA's Regional Business Unit (RBU) sales force where the sales process requires a high level of technical proficiency and specialist knowledge. As part of your role, you will undertake customer needs analysis; design solutions and recommend products to meet those needs; and conduct customer product demonstrations and presentations.Products and solutions include the entire IQVIA portfolio of solutions sold to the EMEA PPG segment, focusing on country and regional PPG solutions within the Lift & Shift programme including; Kairos CentraXX, IQVIA Patient Finder, Health Flow, Health Plug, Casemix360, IQVIA HIS and any future solutions in the portfolio.ResponsibilitiesHave an in-depth knowledge of all key Lift & Shift programme solutions including technical specifications, capabilities, perform end-to-end client demos and trainings.Deploy extensive internal networking to develop contacts and engage with local EMEA RBU PPG sales teams to help them drive incremental sales. Provide technical knowledge, advice and support to EMEA RBU PPG sales teams, resellers and customers during the pre-sales process to resolve requests regarding product/service technical issues and maximize the benefits derived from the products and services.Provide technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within sales process, and may identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers. Provide pre-sale technical support in sales presentation and product demonstrations at customer sites.Work with the EMEA RBU PPG Sales teams (functional and local) and product specialists to co-ordinate your approach with customers to support sales, leveraging sales specialist teams where required .Partner with EMEA RBU PPG sales team, to help them adopt and sell established solutions from the PPG portfolio.Educate, upskill and share best practice with EMEA RBU PPG teams.Partner with other regional and global product teams to provide client feedback, inform future roadmaps and gain technical support in delivering client proposals.Support offerings teams to provide input to develop and adapt current solutions, to create new & improved client centric offerings.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in with substantial experience in healthcare industryProven track record of working directly with Healthcare clients, ideally within the provider Health IT and/or operational clinical systems areaExtensive knowledge of Health IT tech offerings, customer account management and the Healthcare industry – Pharmaceutical industry knowledge desiredDemonstrated ability to influence senior level execs both internally and at customer organizationsAbility to work independently and engage wider go to market stakeholders across organization both internally and externallyFluent English, knowledge of a second language is a plus.Candidates can be considered in all European locationsWhy Join?You can drive your career at IQVIA and choose the path that best defines your development and success.
