Your mission within Kantox
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Kantox plays a role in building an amazing candidate experience, bringing efficiency during the process with the hiring managers and attracting top talent internationally.
Reporting to Tamara, our Chief People Officer you will be responsible for the following: - Perform values-driven interviews to assess candidates' alignment with Kantox.
- Plan sourcing strategies to fill open positions and build talent pipelines to fill future roles.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Create monthly KPI's for the company's leadership about current and upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide valuable inputs and hiring trends from the fintech industry and anticipate future recruitment needs
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus & online recruiting events to build potential candidate communities
- Taking part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding, diversity & inclusion
Requirements
Who you are - You have 3+ years of proven work experience in full-cycle recruitment; At least 2 years focused on tech or commercial profiles.
- Working in international fast-scaling companies is your bread and butter
- You're highly organised and plan your week priorities according to the recruitment needs of the business
- Naturally skilled in influencing others, be it Hiring Managers, C-levels or candidates
- You're familiar with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e. g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- You have experience working with ATS and HRIS (we use Workable and Hibob)
- Sourcing is second nature when looking for challenging roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Excellent level of English
- BSc in Human Resources or relevant field Benefits
