At DeAgostini we are looking for an Office Manager Support to join our team in Barcelona.
What will be your responsibilities?
ND:
- ND agenda management
- Staff Meeting organization (every 3 weeks)
- Committees organization:
- Comision Delegada Pasa
- Banijay Committee
- DeA Editore Executive Committee (every 4 months)
- Monthly Technical Committees
- Strategic Lab (every 4 months)
- Monthly Work Lunches
- Expenses report - management expenses made by Soldo card // management of expenses made by personal credit card/cash/credit card DeA Editore
OFFICE MANAGEMENT:
- Meeting rooms - Daily check of meeting rooms
- Stationery - Ordinary office stationery orders
- PPE - Check and supply of masks and sanitizing gel
- Kitchen supplies - Compostable tableware orders
- Coffee - Coffee supply orders // Coffee machine maintenance (reports for malfunctions, repairs)
- Water - gas canister orders // Water column maintenance (gas bottle changes, reports for malfunctions, repairs)
- Travel - Reservations through agency for all Publishing employees and related communications // Reporting travel issues
- Office cash - Management for office expenses with monthly reporting
- Shipping - Handling of all incoming and outgoing packages, both with internal DeA mail service and external couriers.
