• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience on system administration and Linux.
• Experience in developing code, scripting, and automations (e.g.: Ansible)
• Proficiency with application deployment tools and platforms , such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins .
• Knowledge in ServiceNow development .
• Experience in Microsoft systems administration (Active Directory, GPOs, etc.)and web redirections
• Experience in development and management of APIs and Web Services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish .
• Develop scripts for task automation using tools like Ansible .
• Perform tasks related to Webhosting and Aliasing , including maintenance of IIS , creation of aliases , and handling redirections .
• Manage and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents .
• Interact with teams involved in the mentioned areas and other related teams.
• Participate in the day-to-day dynamics of the Application Delivery team .
• Establish contact with various IT departments and business units.
