Publisher Account Manager

This time, we're searching for a Publisher Account manager to help us manage our current partnership with Publishers. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick off your career within the digital advertising industry!Key Responsibilities:1. Act as a liaison between the Publisher and the Ad Operations team, managing a portfolio of publishers and suggesting traffic based on publisher profiles and verticals. 2. Evaluate potential new publishers based on criteria such as company size, website quality, partners, and important clients. 3. Conduct induction for new Publishers upon company entry. 4. Monitor publishers' performance to enhance campaign effectiveness. 5. Analyze and generate reports on campaigns across publishers, maintaining communication with the Ad Operations team. 6. Report revenue earned to manage payment to publishers. 7. Maintain a robust database of classified publishers, actively searching for new publishers on different networks. 8. Maintain daily campaign reports, handle billing for publishers, and analyze events for adjustment. Skills and requirements:Availability to start immediately is highly preferred Previous experience within the Digital Advertising industry is mandatoryExcellent communication skills in English both written and spoken is mandatory. Programmatic advertising experience will be a big plus! Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management Proactivity with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long-term relationshipsGood command of Microsoft ExcelAnalytical mind with easiness for statistics and calculations Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing or similar.
