MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute annual Marketing plans for the different hotels and lead the strategy for Anantara Europe, working with the hotel Marcoms teams and coordinating it with PR team and Headquarters
• Brand Guardian in all projects of the brand and hotels assigned. For this he would need to work with the different departments of the company and the different hotels under his responsibility. Make sure we maintain brand identity in all touchpoints
• Support in budget establishment and supervision.
• Provide pre-opening support for new and rebranded properties in Europe
• Manage the Marketing agencies.
• Support of global promotional campaigns execution in BUSE from HQ and coordinate local with the hotel (awareness, teaser campaigns, etc. . . ) Seek out opportunities for sponsorship, partnerships and cross-promotions for the benefit of the brand and/or properties in Europe
• Responsible for global actions to grow the brand awareness in BUSE
• Provide Brand Induction and support with the strategy to new members of the team (for new hotels or existing ones)
• Conduct ongoing market research on relevant competitor hotel brands within the industry and keep property/corporate teams abreast of competitor activity across all markets
• Help E-Commerce department with the content of the web
• Photo and video shootings of hotels, coordination with the official photographer, hotels and Headquarters. Make sure the guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with the Marcom the presentation for the business Reviews MarCom supervision and coordination in BUSE. Help the MarCom excel in their job and gain in autonomy as well and brand knowledge.
EXPERIENCE
- More than 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Non hospitality experience an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Native English or fluent in both verbal and written English
- Spanish, French, Italian, would be a plus.
