Tasks

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our extensive team of over a hundred professionals, including our prestigious Executive Chef and Maître. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage over a hundred employees, promoting a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Maître to ensure cohesion and efficiency in all culinary and service operations.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the culinary offer, increase customer satisfaction, and optimize profitability.
• Ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of quality, food hygiene, and safety.
• Manage the department's budget, including financial planning, cost control, and resource optimization.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and proactively adapt our offering.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior management position in food and beverage in five-star hotels.
• Exceptional ability to lead and motivate large teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creativity and innovation in food and beverage service management, with a proven track record of implementing new and successful ideas.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine and the ability to innovatively integrate it into our culinary offer.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Relevant education in hotel management, gastronomy, or related areas.
