Whilewe continue to unlock new markets with launches in both the US &Spain.The roleReportingto the People Business Partner, the role will support thebusiness-wide People Agenda at Shepherd’s Bush in employee relations,recruitment, people development, resourcing and reward activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupports the Exec Team in Commercial, Marketing andFinance to design and implement their strategic people priorities tosupport the delivery of their department objectives.Drive ahigh-performance culture by challenging and coaching managers toappropriately apply performance and development principles and toolsin line with our PACE ValuesDeliver day to day operationalsupport and guidance to managers for complex employee relations,development, resourcing and reward as required.Deliver HRtraining to managers incorporating our PACE ValuesManage HRdata and analyticsLead recruitment for Shepherd’s Bushoffice.Lead the Wonderful Workplace Office teamManage our GPTW survey and work closely with managers toensure action plans are implemented site-wide and employee engagementis achievedCoach line managers and leaders to develop theircapability in managing people issues and enabling optimum performancefrom their teams.Support the Talent Development Manager andPeople Business Partner to assess team, manager and employeedevelopment needs, make recommendations and actively seek solutions.Support the overall performance cycle throughout the year;including talent reviews, nine box grid sessions, 1:1’s, teammeetings, etc.Line Management of the Office Manager forsite.Manage project work as and when appropriate.The PersonExperience in managing complex ER issuesComprehensive working knowledge of employment law and bestpracticeExcellent relationship and rapport building skillswith stakeholders at all levelsStrong interpersonal andcommunication skillsAbility to communicate technical HRinformation clearly and conciselyTactful, empathetic and atrusted confidanteSkillsCIPD qualified to Level 5 or above or equivalentEffective Workplace MediatorExtensive knowledge ofUK employment legislationDemonstrate an in-depth knowledgeand understanding of best practice HR tools and strategiesYour own ideas for how to create a great place to work,implementing them without direction.Electric car schemeIncreased holiday with length of serviceOption tobuy more holidayEnhanced maternity / paternity (Maternity is6 months full pay after 2 years service. 3 months full for 1-2 years)Flexi week opportunity every yearCycle to workInterested?
