HR project manager - Start Now

We are a leading pharmaceutical laboratory located in the province of Barcelona and are seeking an experienced HR project manager to oversee our growing department. The Human Resources Project manager provides support in various HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, compliance with labor laws and site officer Management. This role involves handling a range of administrative tasks and contributing to the effective functioning of the HR department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

- Conduct background checks and verify employment references.

- Prepare and distribute new employee onboarding materials.

- Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.

2. **Employee Records Management:**

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.

- Update HR databases and systems with new hire information, changes, and terminations.

3. **Compliance and Reporting:**

- Ensure compliance with European, Spanish, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.

- Assist with internal and external audits.

4. **Employee Relations:**

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

- Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee issues and conflicts.

- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.

5. **HR Projects and Initiatives:**

- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

- Assist with training and development activities

6.**Logistics and Resource Management:** He/she manages the flow of materials and equipment on-site, ensuring they are delivered on time and allocated efficiently.

7.**Safety and Compliance:** He/she upholds safety protocols and ensures the worksite complies with regulations. This might involve conducting safety briefings, maintaining safety equipment, and reporting any hazards.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position.

- **Skills and Abilities:**

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems (HRIS).

- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
