At LCI Barcelona and reporting to the facility manager, the candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact with the campus, such as students, faculty, visitors, calls or suppliers . You will be a key member of the facility team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform repair tasks to resolve incidents.
• Coordinate and prepare events.
• Set up and dismantle classrooms or spaces, as well as prepare them for events.
• Manage contacts, directing them quickly and effectively.
• Prioritize effectively among multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Provide clear feedback and explanations to resolve raised doubts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in building maintenance.
• Experience in event preparation and setup is valuable.
• High level of Catalan and Spanish, B2 level of English.
