Descripción del trabajo - Customer Service & Collaboration Manager

As a Customer Service & Customer Collaboration Manager you will play a key role being responsible of DSD contact to Customers and Sales Directors inside Danone, ensuring perfect execution in operations, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strategic collaboration plans with Customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the supply chain dynamics, the ability to leverage customer insights for continuous improvement, and to integrate customer-centric approached for maximum impact.

Your main responsabilities will be focus on:

Team Management:

  • Team roles and scope:
    • Key Account Supply Managers: are the main D2D contact with our strategic Customers in Dairy + PB and Waters categories. Responsible of Customer Collaboration Plan creation and consecution.
    • Customer Unit Managers: Operational and daily contact with Customers, ensuring best service for day-to-day topics and perfect execution. Dairy + PB categories.
    • As the team leader, you will be responsible for managing a group of 8 direct reports, with a total team size of over 15 individuals.
  • Skills plan:
    • Develop a cross functional skills path to ensure team capabilities to work and create plans with Customer Supply Chain managers and Danone Sales + D2D teams.
  • Foster Agenda of Customer Collaboration strategy, based on three main pillars in continuous improvement:
    • Consumer & Customer Centricity: CFR and On Shelf Availability obsession, via Order influence levers and providing the required inputs to our planning teams and triggering action plans to ensure optimal performance in point of sale.
    • Resilient Cogs Model: Impulse Customer Service Pack plans with Customers. Reduce waste.
    • Synchronized Execution: Agile Route To Market in logistics. Fast time to market in Innovation and Promotions.

Supply Chain Alignment:

  • Being part of Sales & operations forums, collaborating with Topline and D2D to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.

To be successful in this role we believe that is positive to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the food industry, with a focus on supply chain management.
  • +8 years of experience in FMCG companies.
  • Strong background in supply chain excellence principles and methodologies.
  • Leadership skills: proven experience managing large teams.
