What your role is

As part of the Supply Chain team, the Customer Service Representative (temporary) will report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Customer Service and Sales Team on the following activities:

• Manage Order to Cash process for customers
• Support Customer Service team with invoicing process
• Internal management for customer claims
• Process invoices from suppliers
• Reporting point of sales data

What you will bring to the team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• SAP knowledge.
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
• High-energy with a proactive approach; willingness to be hands-on and dig into the details.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good level of English.
