Job Description

Job Summary :

  • The position involves overseeing logistics, administration, and the daily tasks of the account.
  • Contributes to the tactical planning of the brand and the creative process.

Market and brand knowledge :

  • Competent understanding of the brand and its category.
  • Basic understanding of different audiences and communication disciplines.
  • Possesses a deep knowledge of key competitors (strengths, weaknesses, positioning, performance) and the competitive environment (customer perceptions, attitudes, and usage).
  • Continuously learns about technology and other disciplines necessary for their management and professional growth.

Operational skills :

  • Master the daily work of the accounts department including budget tracking and invoicing.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with other departments for the optimal management of projects, resources, and the business.

Communication skills :

  • Client presentation.
  • Provides constructive client feedback to the agency.
  • Attends meetings with clients and provides timely follow-up.
  • Develops and maintains harmonious relationships with Marketing and Purchasing clients.
  • Manages client expectations to foster effectiveness / productivity.

Strategic and tactical planning :

  • Strong understanding of competitors and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to assess and analyze industry audits and quantitative research.
  • Tactical : Contributes ideas to the brand's tactical plan as well as to the creative process.

Financial responsibility :

  • Financial reporting and communication for their accounts.
  • Tracks budgets to secure purchase orders.
  • Keeps monthly forecasts up to date for their accounts. Is careful in assigning projects to their typology (on, off, etc. ).
  • Works in collaboration with the Controller to monitor deviations in projects.
  • Stays within the budgeted hours; alerts other agency teams involved in the projects before exceeding the budgeted hours.
  • Stays within the budget assigned to the project.

Interpersonal and leadership skills :

  • Has a professional and positive attitude, a strong spirit of collaboration and teamwork, which drives and inspires teammates, creatives, other internal departments, and the client.
  • Advocates for the team and the agency.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for :

  • 1 year of experience.
  • Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Health Sciences (with postgraduate studies in communication / Marketing or advertising).
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, being Excel true important (Proficiency level).
  • Knowledge / training in digital topics.
  • English level B2 or higher.

  • Professional and positive attitude, strong spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
