Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions-Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments-Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each-Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics-Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create implementation plans-Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity-Spearhead IT projects to increase market reach and improve USP-Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture-Manage the company's technological plans-Overseeing data security and management. Maintain the company's network. Envision how different forms of technology will be used throughout the company. Research ways the company's technological assets can be improved. Create networking safeguards that prevent security breaches and keep client information confidential. Assess whether new technologies are appropriate for the company to use.
