As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media and strive for first-contact resolution.

What you will be doing? 

  • Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way 
  • You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions 
  • Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media 
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client  
  • Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador 

Requirements

What skills & experience will you bring to us? 

  • A fluent level of Hebrew with exceptional grammar and spelling skills 
  • High level of English (Both written and spoken) 
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service 
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy 
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail 
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving 

     

Benefits

What do we offer? 

  • Start date: May, 27th
  • Contract: Permanent(1-month probation period) 
  • Full time: (39 hours/week) 
  • Working days/Hours:  from Sunday to Thursday from 7am to 4pm, one early day from 8 am to 4pm
  • Salary:  €17,537.76 per year
  • Incentives: Top performance incentives 
  • Holidays:  24 calendar days
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu 
  • Hybrid work model:   10 days per month in the office , rest from home
  • Training:   2 weeks from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, one early day
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
