We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional with experience in overall coordination of the communications department, as well as managing institutional and public relations. **Main Accountabilities**- **Overall coordination of the department and cross-functional collaboration**: You will be the focal point for all communication activities, ensuring effective coordination with other departments and teams within the organization. You will oversee the work of the communications team and ensure consistency in implementing strategies. - **Communication strategy and brand positioning**: You will develop and execute communication strategies to strengthen the presence and positioning of the LEVEL brand in the market. You will identify communication opportunities and work closely with the marketing team to ensure a strong and consistent brand image. - **Institutional and public relations**: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with institutions, organizations, and key stakeholders in our industry. You will represent LEVEL at events and act as a liaison with the media and other key stakeholders. - **Coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)**: You will actively participate in coordinating CSR initiatives, ensuring that messages and actions align with the company's communication strategy. You will be responsible for communicating CSR efforts internally and externally. - I**nternal communication**: You will develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. You will be responsible for creating and managing internal communication channels, as well as developing relevant and engaging content. - **Event management**: You will plan, organize, and oversee LEVEL's participation in relevant events such as conferences, trade fairs, and other professional gatherings. You will be responsible for coordinating logístical details, preparing communication materials, and ensuring successful events. - **Creation of necessary communication materials, ** including profiles, speeches, and Q&A;: You will be responsible for developing and producing all necessary communication materials, such as executive profiles, speeches, and question-and-answer document. **Education**- Bachelor’s and University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public relations, or Marketing. - Extensive knowledge and understanding of the latest communication trends and tools. **Experience**+ 5 years of experience in similar position.
