What do we offer?

We are looking for a People Trainee to perform various administrative tasks and support our People team's daily activities.. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR/People and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, admin and employee development, we’d like to meet you.

What will you do?

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Requirements

• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Godd knowledge of labor legislation
• Organizational skills
• BSc in Labor Relations
