Professional with experience within the investor relations arena or related fields. This position will support in creating and developing a robust investor relations strategy and framework. S/he will be an active part in the communications with the company’s financial stakeholders (current and potential investors, rating agencies, ESG providers…), helping to build long-term relationships with them and contributing to reach company’s goals.

On the other hand, s/he will be responsible for creating a new financial communication strategy that represent the company adequately in the media developing financial community confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering value.

Implementing an integrated ESG approach that connects market trends with business and disclosure needs will also be within her/his reponsabilities being the main point of contact for the different ESG providers.

Key Accountabilities

• Support in the elaboration of an Investor Relations plan that allows engaging and servicing long-term relationships with investors. Monitor contacts with the financial community: investor base, rating agencies, advisors, etc.

• Maintain regular contact and touch-points with prospective investors, bringing market and peer feedback.

• Promote the digital evolution of the Investor Relations area in the corporate website: downloadable files, interactive graphics, banners, experience surveys, news subscriptions, mobile version.

• Quarterly reports and update of the web financial contents based on a predetermined schedule (debt profle, cash and liquidity position, refinancings…)

• Prepare and produce high-quality marketing documents for the investor community and other external communications: annual and semi-annual Results, ESG, financial policy, corporate events.

• Coordinate external marketing events such as non-deal roadshows, conferences, presentations.

• Support in the regular contact with Rating Agencies providing the required information and assisting in update presentations.

• Develop an ESG strategy according to current market standards and company needs. Monitor sustainability trends evolution from a legal, reporting and business prespective. Lead our internal ESG Commitee

• Establish and evolve a sustainability-linked financing framework. Support the Treasury, Capital Markets & IR area with sustainable financing alternatives.

• Lead the ESG dialogue with banks and investors and company initiatives. Support eventual processes for ESG-related scores: ESG rating, SPO, sustainability assessments, etc.

• Implement a financial communication strategy including a financial release calendar, social media, contact with press, internal communications, news, Annual Report evolution.

• Prepare ESG-related reports, and propose new metrics and indicators for the company. Benchmarking with peers in terms of ESG practices.

• Take care of regulatory obligations in connection with public securities, EMTN debt programme and market abuse regulation. Monitor changes in ESG-related regulations (Sustainability Financial Disclosure Regulation) and report the potential implications for the company

Networking/Key relationships

This position will interact with the main financial stakeholders, namely, banks, investors, rating agencies and advisors. S/he will also be very integrated within the Treasury, Capital Markets & IR team being able to give support on different related projects.

Likewise s/he will cross-collaborate with the many internal partners of the financial activity, among others, Global Communication, Corporate Business Development, Accounting and Consolidation, Legal or Finance.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

Bachelor’s Degree with preferred emphasis in Finance, Economics. ESG-related specialization is a strong plus.

5 years experience in a progressive role within the Investor Relations team of a listed or unlisted company. Sell-side analysts in banking, investment funds/vehicles, debt advisory or rating agency profiles are also interesting.

Skills & Capabilities :

• Strong knowledge and experience of Ms Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Excellent analytical, communication and relationship management skills. Problem-solving ability.

• Ability to synthetize findings from analysis and drawing conclusions

• A solid grounding in financial modelling.

• Fast data interpretation to anticipate potential business impacts.

• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.

• Excellent fluent English level, spoken and written. Other languages would be valued.

• Team working and adaptive to changes.

• Highly motivated team player with a commitment to excellence.
