We are a Bosch company but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product . We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world. Put simply: We take over some operations from other companies and run these for them, allowing them to focus on their core business.

We do so using future oriented technologies such as RPA, cognitive robotics or artificial intelligence. We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units. We complement any product with a solid service delivered 24/7 across all channels or design new service models, optimally fitted to the needs of end-customers. We ensure that each interaction with end-users is as smooth and efficient as possible, so that products or brands leave a lasting positive impression.

The list of our services is truly endless. To name just a few: We save lives with our back-to-back management of eCall in cars, monitor international cargo, get people out of broken-down elevators, manage social media interactions, run the IT hotline for Bosch or simply are the voice of customer service or technical support.

As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

We were responsible for contacts with clients and third parties (e.g. technicians). We specialized in the service around the security product, which laid the ground for becoming a Bosch unit in its own right, specializing in service and Customer Experience .

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As an International Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent from around the world to meet the needs of our global organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, inclusive, and aligned with our company's values and goals. Additionally, you may be involved in various HR-related projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific talent needs for various operational roles, mainly based in Barcelona and Alcobendas. These roles span across service experts, technical support agents, technical roles, customer service, engineering, internships and other related fields.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
• Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct preliminary screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, languages, skills, and cultural fit.
• Utilize modern recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition of candidates from the recruitment phase to the onboarding phase.
• Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, work permit regulations, and other legal requirements to ensure compliant international hiring processes.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, run and execute other HR projects like: User Experience, Candidate Experience, Competence Model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• This is a junior vacancy but we require proven experience as recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in a global organization for 1 to 2 years.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing tools, and HR databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively in a complex matrix organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Knowledge of employment law, work permits, and labour law.
• Professional certifications in HR or recruitment are advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish (C1 Level or Higher) and English (C1 Level or Higher), other european languages will be a big plus.
• This is a hybrid position. Workplace is based in Barcelona. Candidates must be based in Barcelona.
• Sponsorship for employment visas, even for NIE numbers for Europeans, will not be awarded.
