Funcions i requisits de la vacant

I’m hiring for a Junior Marketing position. It is a very diverse position that will require learning how to effectively engage the player base across different platforms, as well as evaluate the impact of marketing actions. You will work with me to replicate marketing strategies that have worked in the past and discover new profitable ones.
You will have access to premium learning material, as well as a curated list of interesting conferences and tutorials.
I am an independent game developer. I am now working on a new game. Responsibilities
· Social media management
· Copywriting (asset store, social media, …)
· PR (influencer and media outreach)
· Video editing (trailers, TikTok, …)
· Advertisement management and impact measurement
· Game playtesting Required capabilities
· Good English, specially written
· Passion for video games
· Knowledge of social media and digital marketing Bonus capabilities
· MS Excel
· Video editing software
· Photoshop or similar
· Copywriting experience Offer
This is a high-growth position with lots of responsibility and impact. You’ll be able to see how everything works in the business side of developing video games.
The salary is of 20k€/ year, with a bonus that will depend on your performance and the business profits.
