We are hiring for our client, a leading B2B online betting platform that specializes in providing an unparalleled user experience. Their platform offers a dynamic lobby with micro-betting options. As they continue to innovate in the industry, we are supporting to expand of their engineering team.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist in the sports betting industry, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Leveraging digital channels, particularly social media platforms like Discord, to promote their brand, engage with their audience, and distribute relevant information,creating and managing newsletters to further enhance their marketing efforts.

Your creativity and expertise will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and establishing our platform as a top choice for sports enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones, utilizing channels such as social media, email, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling content including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including affiliates, influencers, and media partners to expand our reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the sports betting, gaming, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to drive business results.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for sports and a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
