About the Team Hiring Graitec launches an ambitious digital transformation program to revolutionize its business! You will be part of new team of talented and agile experts to change and deploy our digital, e-commerce and crm ecosystems in all our geographies in Europe and North America.

Join Graitec to become one of the leaders of this digital transformation. Overview Marketing local strategy : · Define the main product priorities with the sales department, · Establish a strong relationship with Autodesk, and implement co-marketing actions · Manage the funding from Autodesk and report efficiency of actions.

  • Digital : Drive the new website in close collaboration with corporate team; Manage execution of SEO implementation and optimization;
  • Act as a facilitator about digital topics and introduce a digital culture in Graitec. Lead acquisition strategy : · Build the webinar calendar in coordination with the local sales department · Localize lead acquisition campaigns in cooperation with corporate team · Deploy on long term an Account Base Marketing Strategy Content : · Manage the production, partnering with sales and product teams, of high quality materials for website & inbound marketing including : blog posts, social media, interviews, case studies, newsletters following the corporate guidelines.
  • CRM : · Localize, adapt & plan CRM communication campaigns in close collaboration with corporate team with clearly defined objectives, unified tone of voice, key performance indicators, target audiences and timetables;

Manage local communication calendar for newsletters, marketing campaigns and the yearly pipeline; Work to improve the quality of our data and put processes in place to manage efficiently this data.

  • Analytics : · Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics to track performance and implement measures that optimize conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey and control the email commercial pressure;
  • Media PR and event : · Manage trade shows and clients workshops to ensure our presence and promote Graitec image. Success Indicator · Respect of milestones and global planning;
  • Ability to work with multiple teams. · Ability to manage and embrace complex project; · Solutions solver. Responsibilities · What you must have done already : o Bachelor’s in business or marketing or equivalent experience, o 5+ years of experience;

o Very significant experience in managing content website with WordPress o Experience of lead digital acquisition : SEO, SEM, Linkedin, retargeting, social activations o Experience of marketing automation tools as Dynamics / Salesforce, Hubspot CRM o Experience of tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness.

o Very significant experience in collaborating with sales team. o Experience in collaborating with international teams (guidelines) and content localizations.

What is nice to have done already : o Knowledge of subscription business and software companies. Qualifications o Excellent and proven project management skills, working on multiple projects with a varied range of stakeholders : o Very Good writing skills in English;

o Analytical mindset and data driven; o Autonomy, Clarity in communication, Collaborating effectively, Driving for results, Positive energy .
