SEO Digital Marketing Specialist

Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media) Be part of a global organization and a pioneer team for Digital and Marketing Solutions within the Domestic Building Services division! What is the Job all about? You will be responsible in developing and run constant improvement for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) on the DBS (Domestic Building Services) owned website landscape to drive much organic traffic and enable the DBS Division and markets to create impact and empowers our customers to get their job done. You will also ensure utilization of our CMS- Content Management system (Adobe Experience Manager) to drive organic traffic and includes giving input to content, doing on-page SEO and securing link building. The position is in DBS Solution & Marketing and reports to the supervisor in the Digital marketing team, to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City. Your main responsibilities:Content Marketing – Give sparring to other DBS solution and marketing team members on designing, planning, creating, and sharing valuable content for our website visitorsTechnical SEO Optimization – Give input to IS and DCE on optimizing the technical implementation of a website to increase its organic search visibility. Securing links are up to data on our entire DBS global website landscape. On-Page SEO – Optimizing individual web pages to enhance their visibility in organic search results. Website Administration – Using our CMS system (Adobe Experience Manager) to publish SEO-optimized content, manage comments, and perform other administrative tasks. Analysis of conversion through the CX journeys and secure optimization of entire journeys. In collaboration with the different regions and markets secure SEO projects according to the plans in all markets, which includes close collaboration with markets. This also mean handling projects with search words on many different languages. Working with DCE on AEM platform improvementsYour background:Bachelor or Masters’ degree in business, IT, Business, Marketing, Digital media or equivalentHigh level of digital understandingHands-on experience with SEO optimization, CMS systems and website managementExperience from using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Clearscope, Semrush, Surfer SEO or alike.  Experience in working with MarTech is a plus but not a requirement:Experience from working with the Adobe Experience Cloud and MarketoExperience from working with programming language like HTML and CSSExperience from working with other MarTech tools (Analytics, Tag Managers, CDPs, Digital Advertising Platforms)Experience from working with SiteImproves Digital Certainty IndexUnderstands digital customer behavior, buying behavior and how to work with customer journeys and customer experience managementExperience within Stakeholder ManagementExperience from working within a Global B2B (business to business) organization with many stakeholders is a plusFluent English skills in writing and speakingWe look forward to hearing from you!Interested applicants must be amenable to work onsite 3x a week with 2 days work from home.   Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
