Responsibilities
• Build, test & implement complex configuration or coding to support projects & campaigns • Work with the wider CRM & Data team to understand the CRM database • Promote designs, standards & processes to support efficient & repeatable marketing operations • Review Marketing Cloud reporting to ensure we stay within our contracted limits • Understand global marketing consent rules across multiple regions and assist compliance • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied global environments • Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment • Understand and be responsive to customer needs • Work under tight deadlines • Willingness to take ownership of problems
Requirements
• 3+ years' experience in Marketing Cloud • 2X Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Admin and Consultant • Proven technical capability using Salesforce Marketing Cloud product suite and platform • Deep functional understanding of online marketing operations and processes • Develop end-to-end marketing automation solution leveraging contact builder, email studio, automation studio, journey builder • Build/configure integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM/other application using MC Connector/Middleware/SOAP/REST based solution • Good knowledge on Front End skills such as HTML/CSS • Good knowledge on SQL, SSJS, Ampscript • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication • Motivated and self-directed individual, bringing a strong sense of focus and energy to work
