responsible for leading the development, delivery, and implementation of the integrated marketing plans in the schools in your region.Operating in the central & regional matrix the Regional Brand Manager will work with the Head of Brand and Regional CEO as part of marketing’s global accountability for driving lead generation & student enrolment.This role will be part of the global Head of Brand team consisting of representatives from our 7 regions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Work with the Head of Brand to develop and implement the annual regional marketing & communications plan,in line with the proposed budget for the forthcoming actions & activities with the core focus to drive student enrolments- Develop & execute clear messaging strategies for all schools to include School Value Proposition, and annual key messages for each school to drive differentiation in the market- Work in partnership with the local school-based Head Teachers and Admissions Teams in order to define & support the marketing execution of the local schools outreach plans- Regularly review the marketing performance and admissions data to ensure we are on top of trends and anticipating any areas where we may need to intervene and support with marketing activities / campaigns to drive ROI for individual schools, in particular digital marketing- Responsible to spread and align Inspired / s social media strategy throughout all the schools in your region- Working with the global Head of Digital to maintain and build our schools image across paid, owned, and earned channels.Ensure that customer insights are at the core of our marketing planning & execution- Understand the competitive landscape in each local market, including competitor offer, pricing & positioning- Manage local PR, reactive and proactive to manage and build the reputation of our schools, aligned with Inspired central PR- 3rd party agency management (where appropriate) and other external suppliers to ensure that all marketing collateral / activity is at a premium standard- Undertake regular site visits to each school to ensure we are accessible to their marketing requirements and communicating regularly with Heads of Admission, Head Teachers, Directors and Deputies- Protect the school and Inspired brands and make sure all marketing collateral and activity adhere to individual brand identity & guidelines- Collaborate with admissions team to streamline the enrolment process and enhance the overall experience for prospective families- Implement best practise for converting leads into enrolments, ensuring efficiency and positive customer journeyTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :Attitude & Behaviours- Proactive self-starter with the drive to deliver tangible results with a strong sense of urgency- Works to rely on multiple external agencies or internal structures- Strong willingness to undertake regular travel to the schools in the regionSkills & Experience- Minimum of 8 years brand management experience- Familiar with all marketing channels, both on and off-line including, but not limited to : internal and external communications, marketing collateral (including school brochures), brand development, sales support (admissions in this instance), CRM, and social media- Sharp commercial acumen,with the ability to swiftly translate financial and customer data and insight into effective
