Role Overview

As we gear up for expansion in 2024, we're seeking a talented VP of Global Marketing to elevate our presence in the Short-term rental/SaaS industry.

Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Global Marketing will own all aspects of the marketing function globally, leading our brand strategy, driving growth through strategic initiatives, and overseeing CRM, growth, performance marketing, content, and brand.

This role requires ambitious and creative thinking and strong analytical skills to drive our growth and establish our brand as a global leader.

You will oversee a team of 25+ marketing professionals and play a crucial role in expanding our footprint and reinforcing our presence as a powerhouse in the short-term rental/SaaS industry.

How will you make an impact?

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels.

- Align marketing strategies with business objectives, target markets, and brand positioning to establish our company as the leading vacation rental platform worldwide.

- Ensure consistent communication across all channels and drive thought leadership initiatives to establish the company as a trusted leader in the Short-term rental/SaaS industry.

- Develop and implement an efficient organizational structure that fosters innovation, autonomy, and collaboration among team members.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across various functions, including Social, PR, Brand, Paid, SEO, Content and CRM, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing team effectiveness.

- Implement integrated marketing tactics combining digital/social and offline media to create powerful and holistic campaigns.

- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and optimize marketing campaigns.

- Develop metrics, monitor KPIs, and report on key performance metrics and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative Design, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.

- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What makes you a great fit?

- 10 years of proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry

- Experience in successfully leading and mentoring a large marketing team.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive growth and success of the Marketing function, GTM function, and overall business.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
