About the RoleLocation: Barcelona (Hybrid)Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.What does it mean to be a Director Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Product Lead?Assigned to Marketing Automation product line delivery, the Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Product Lead focus on define, design, build and deploy data cloud products and scalable automation capabilities that enable data-driven, personalized interactions to seamlessly connect with HCPs, consumers, and patients. Primarily used by marketing with opportunities across functions to bring visibility and a more integrated approach to Customer experience.Your responsibilities include,but are not limited to:- Partners with business leadership and other key stakeholders to set data cloud technology roadmap, with a vision ensuring that individual products work together to great business value for the defined customer.- Has end to end accountability for services and products delivery across US and International Data cloud products. Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.- Drive, facilitate the approval of portfolio investment plans. Work on continuous improvement with the cross functional delivery team.- Exhibits strategic product management mindset necessary to establish the domain with respective business product owner counterparts. Acts as trusted advisor driving decisions, priorities, and relevant information with both business stakeholders and colleagues across DD&IT.;- Proactively shares knowledge of Customer Data Platform technology risks with business. Ensure coordination across US and International CDP roadmaps,oversee timelines and budget across teams and responsible to ensure blockages impacting the portfolio are removed (coordination and unblocking within a product remains responsibility of the respective product owner).- Develop an environment, which fosters a collaborative, innovative and high-performing organization where product management is leveraged to create value for the business.- Support the product teams to continually learn and advance maturity of the teams and broader organization; solves for roadblocks and advocates for product teams. Ensure agile ways of working are applied for CDP development/delivery/lifecycle.Diversity & Inclusion / EEOWe are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Role Requirements- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud or Customer Data Platform technologies is a must.- Good understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, and OKRs.- Ability to work and lead in a complex organization, building relationships, and driving engagement (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment.- IT Technical Strategy & Planning, Unbossed Leadership, IT Governance, Vendor Management, Innovative & Analytical Technologies, leveraging technology for business and customer needs, Understanding digital, Financial Management.- Commercial experience in various roles across global, region, and local and across disciplines (sales, marketing, etc.) in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.- Demonstrated Product Management; Experience working in product teams or digital/tech highly desirable.- Capability to lead without formal authority.- Previous experience and strong mindset in continuous improvement and change management,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Needs to be able to work independently and reliably.
