Job OverviewThis position works with the Head ofHR Service Excellence to manage the HR service providerportfolio. This includes monitoring adherence to Service LevelAgreements, taking appropriate action if there are problems, as well as alladministration related to the service provider relationship. Your Tasks andResponsibilities:Contract Management:·Manage all outsourced services related to Global HR Services includingbut not limited to, Global Mobility Management, HR Administration, Travel andExpenses, Ask HR·Drafts agreements withexternal service providers (contracts, Service Level Agreements)·Drive the contract renewals and support RFPs to select new vendors whenapplicable, support the projectmanagers with defining business cases for renewal/ replacement and support the project approval process.·Establish andadminister the annual budgets and cash plans, and manage expenditures andcharge outs in order to operate within the approved budget·Act as key liaison andescalation point for L4 escalations·Supports COEs and theFunctional Specialists to identify suitable service providers·Work with Procurementand key stakeholders to provide expertise and direction on the services to beprovided by the external parties.·Drive the tactical relationshipswith HR Services vendors and act as a global point of contact for escalations.·Arranges feedbackmeetings with clients and service providers·Works closely with theregional HR Teams to represent the regional needs in front of Service providersglobally, where applicable·Internal process ownerfor HR processes that are provided by our vendorReporting·Manage thevendors and corresponding contracts, perform regular service review meetingsand (KPI) reporting as well as day to day service updates·Creation of management reports and performance dialogues withvendors·Support presentations and special projects relating to vendors·Develop and update spreadsheet models and dashboards for diverseprojects and analysis·Analyzescost optimization and quality assurance opportunities Job requirements: ·Degree atuniversity level·8+ years ofexperience in HR and 2+ years of experience inHR Shared Services/Finance Shared Services·Goodknowledge of vendor management·Goodknowledge of coordination of cross-border sourcing activities
