In this role, you will support the Human Resources team specifically for Spain (initially) in all aspects of HR Administration. Detailed Responsibilities: Onboarding and Offboarding Request and organize onboarding data collecting and documentation.Assist in offboarding processes. Employee Records Management Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (BambooHR) and Google Drive.Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data or Spanish Employees. Payroll and Benefits Administration Work with the outsourced payroll provider, ensuring timely data submission for payroll cutoff dates.Support in benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries (currently no specific platform or provider, possibly Cobee in the future or another provider). Employee Relations & general HR administration Preparation of contracts and letters for employees.Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries for Spain not covered by the employee self-center, liaising with HRBP Spain and external agencies.Liaise with stakeholders such as HR Managers, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Accounting to support them with questions regarding HR Operations in Spain.Assist in organizing Events in Spain, relationships with the co-working space in Spain, and external training sessions (Fundae).Submission of TA300 forms to Social Security for Spanish employees' business travels. HR Policies And Procedures Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes specific to Spain.Write and update the documentation in Slite employee self-center applicable to Spain. Compliance And Reporting Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies together with HRBP Spain and external and internal lawyers.Prepare and generate HR reports as needed. Office Management Assist in co-working/office topics in Barcelona (and maybe in the future Madrid).Be the point of contact for co-working/office inquiries in Barcelona (and maybe in the future Madrid). Others in time Assisting the HR team with any ad hoc HR projects.Assisting with other EU country HR Operations topics.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following: Degree in Law, Psychology, Labor Sciences, Labor Relations or equivalent2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.C2 level of English Native level of Spanish Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and HR best practices About Us PVcase and Anderson Optimization united in our mission, are focused on building advanced solar design and site selection solutions while fighting climate change through software.
