- You will be responsible for the development of an HR data governance framework for Workday and SAP HCM.
- You will develop a data catalog and advise on the optimal use of HR data and the use of AI
- You provide comprehensive insights by identifying further relevant data sets and integrating data sources.
- You identify trends in the digital environment and anticipate them when developing data strategies.
- You support the establishment of a data mindset and work closely with other HR teams to continuously optimize end-to-end data collection.
requirements:- You are experienced in project management and have a university degree (master's degree in business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have some previous experience in people analytics, data strategy or (generative) artificial intelligence
- You have in-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
