5G Connectivity Specialist

Responsibilities: As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for providing consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, driving discussions and consulting on transformation, the customer journey, and functional/application designs to ensure that technology and business solutions align with business requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in 5G Communication is required. Advanced proficiency in System Integration Testing is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Integration Architecture Implementation is suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and solutions.
Actively participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of integration services.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices in integration methodologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve integration strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
