Descripción del trabajo - Account Executive Customer Success

We are recruiting a German-speaking Account Executive for Customer Success to join a dynamic team at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, operating within the fast-moving property and hospitality sector. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who combines a commercial mindset with genuine passion for client success, account growth and continuous improvement.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of host accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction, optimising performance and driving retention. You will act as a trusted partner to your clients, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and results while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing ongoing support and relationship management for newly onboarded and existing hosts, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Proactively addressing host questions, concerns and needs to improve satisfaction and account sustainability
  • Collaborating with hosts to maximise listing quality through tailored account optimisation
  • Managing a pipeline of high-value accounts using Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring consistent progress towards growth goals
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding individual outreach goals and engagement KPIs
  • Championing the Voice of the Customer to identify opportunities for account growth and product or process improvements
  • Collaborating with territory sales teams, programme managers and internal stakeholders to refine best practices and achieve shared goals
  • Staying current on industry trends and leveraging new tools to maximise client success
  • Engaging actively in ongoing training, personal development and knowledge sharing

What We Are Looking For

  • C2 level of German and proficient English — both mandatory
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a related client-facing role
  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Mixmax or similar customer success platforms is a plus
  • Background in hospitality, property management or similar industries is preferred
  • Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills

What Is on Offer

  • Salary + up to 3,500€ in annual performance bonuses
  • Full-time contract (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday
  • On-site role at the World Trade Center, Barcelona — with a progressive path towards a hybrid model
