About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle for the innovative solutions — from first contact through to subscription close. This hybrid role calls for someone who's comfortable with cold-calling, thrives on KPIs, and is ready to build a long-term sales career in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close
Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription
Work efficiently with auto-assigned leads
Handle a high-volume outbound workflow (~80-100 calls/day)
Meet KPIs across calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated
Progress through a structured ramp-up: 0% (Month 0-1) 30% (Month 2) 60% (Month 3) 100% (Month 4)
What You Bring:
Native or bilingual English proficiency, with a US English accent
Must already reside in Spain (no relocation support provided)
1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting)
Strong comfort with cold-calling and a KPI/metrics-driven mindset
Availability aligned with US time zones
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00; Friday, 9:00-15:00 — flexibility especially valued during onboarding, with US time zone alignment expected.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: €30,000 gross/year, plus uncapped variable commission
Monthly commission target: €600, with performance multipliers: – Below 80% of target: x1 – 80% of target: x1.3 – 100% of target: x2 – 150% of target: x3
Quarterly bonus: if your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, the entire quarter's commissions are boosted with a 3x multiplier (assessed end of March, June, September, and December)
During ramp-up, the multiplier is fixed at x1 until you reach 100% of target
Clear internal growth path: AE2 level at €35,000 base, AE3 level at €40,000 base
Permanent contract
22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between Dec 24-31
